DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN?

Children under the age of 2 are free of charge but must be held on your lap in case there are no empty seats available.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOUR ANSWER OR CONFIRMATION?

Our team strives to give you a answer or confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply or confirmation within 24 hours, please check you spam/junk folder or contact us directly. NOTE! Our office is closed on Sundays and holidays. Messages will not be replied until the next working day. Tours and transfers will still run during these days.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance are likely to be declined pending availability.

HOW CAN I FIND YOU AT THE AIRPORT OR CRUISE TERMINAL WHEN I ARRIVE?

A representative of Chogogo Tours will be awaiting you in the terminal (at the main entrance/exit), holding a sign with your name and our Chogogo Tours sign.

IS PICK UP AND DROP OFF FOR THE ISLAND TOUR INCLUDED?

Chogogo Tours only offers the full service. Your island tour includes pick up and drop off at your accommodation or cruise ship.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THIS TOUR?

We recommend comfortable clothes and sensible walking shoes or sneakers.

The following is also suggested:

  • Camera
  • Sunblock
  • Hat and sunglasses (watch out for the wind)
  • Some cash for restrooms and anything else you might want to buy at the shops
  • Towel and swimsuit if you are joining our Chogogo Beach Tour

Yess! Chogogo Tours believes in accessibility. As one of the only tour operators on Aruba, we provide wheelchair-accessible tours AND transfers.
