Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance are likely to be declined pending availability.

Our team strives to give you a answer or confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply or confirmation within 24 hours, please check you spam/junk folder or contact us directly. NOTE! Our office is closed on Sundays and holidays. Messages will not be replied until the next working day. Tours and transfers will still run during these days.
What is cancellation policy?
For a 90% refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. Some exceptions may apply for cruise ship reservations.
